Pessotto:

“it’s wonderful to be back”

In an exclusive interview with Juventus Channel at the Bianconeri’s Vinovo training ground, Gianluca Pessotto sent a goodwill message to his team mates and thanked everyone for their tremendous support. “I’m really happy to be back with the team again and I send my best wishes to all the players for a fantastic season. Thank you to everyone who’s been close to me. As soon as I had the chance, it was wonderful to get back with the team and to smell the grass of the pitch again. Juventus, as always, has been exceptional”.

FORZA LA JUVE

Napoli 1 Juventus 1

Didier Deschamps had to do without Kovac, Boumsong, Giannichedda, Marchionni, Trezeguet and Nedved as he led his men to the Sao Paolo for the second time this season.

Back in August, the home side had edged out the Bianconeri on penalties after a thrilling 3-3 draw in the third round of the Coppa Italia. A lot can change in two months and after nine championship games, Juventus came into the match just four points off the lead. A win tonight would put them joint second with Piacenza, a fraction behind leaders Genoa.

Napoli, meanwhile, were looking to get their season back on track after a disappointing defeat to Albinoleffe the weekend before, and with a sell-out crowd expected in Naples, it promised to be a classic.

The game was preceded by a minute’s silence in memory of former Juventus star, Pietro Rava, who passed away on Sunday.

Juventus are edging their way up the table and it won't be long before they are back where they belong - in Serie A

Long live Juve - regards Kevin
